What is Strength Refined?
As the Strength Refined Coach, I start with a full assessment to identify exactly what’s holding you back. Then I will build a personalized program focused on sport-specific strength, power, and speed. Most Athletes should notice visible improvements in performance and confidence within the first 4–6 weeks.
Safety is my top priority at Strength Refined. Every program is built around proper movement patterns, progressive loading, and injury-prevention strategies specifically tailored to each individual athlete. I’ll teach you how to train smart in order to stay healthy and strong throughout sports, life changes and busy schedules.
With Strength Refined Coaching, you receive a custom program based on your sport/career, current fitness level, and individual movement needs — not a one-size-fits-all template.

Meet the Founder
"Hi, I'm Stone Swantek, a Nebraska native and owner of Strength Refined in Gretna, NE.
Raised on a small-town farm, I developed a deep passion for strength performance through years of training and too many injuries—often times I learned the hard way; ie what not to do. That journey led me to earn a degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science. In the final two years of my studies, I immersed myself in the weight room, gaining valuable hands-on experience.
I had the opportunity to train under renowned strength coaches Alwyn and Rachel Cosgrove at Results Fitness in Santa Clarita, California, where I worked as a strength and conditioning coach and semi-private trainer. Inspired by that experience, I returned home to Nebraska with a mission: to deliver world-class strength and conditioning to athletes and individuals living in Nebraska.
